I agree with your opinion big fella about this place,but since you put yourself up as the mouth piece for this thread..what exactly is your credentials on working dogs in a hunting capacity....im presuming you have dug to many a terrier reared from your kennels and brought many a decent running dog on that has gave you a turn knocking over plenty of stuff over many years..course you have or you wouldnt have swaggered on here to write a thread of this nature with such authority unless you had many a years experience grafting your dogs in the field Well i once went greyhound racing but

I wouldn't advise it, not good practice, terriers can take offence easily.......... -
ohh i'm sharp today sorry , i need to get out , i have got the wheel chair in the auto electricians having some lamps fitted and a heater so i can get out this fooking house .. can you come push me about simo ... got a kiak sorted for shooting out of , i'm going to fit paddles to my crutches .... I prefer the term topic starter, leader sounds so formal Been keeping dogs for various jobs for 23 years, in that time i have never sold a dog but i agree, many folk chop and change too often, my dogs stay here, got three oldies in the kennels now and none of them are left to rot in the kennels come summer, time for walks down the coast...........and my beloved shows.........

do u hunt ?????? i was brought up to hunting,,,,,and i seen lurcher guys ,,,somtimes can be the worst for this,,,,,lev dogs in kennel,,,,too WHEN THEY DECIDE TO GO OUT ,,,,,amazing that ,,,isnt it AND may i might add,,,,LURCHER GUYS LOVE THERE PUPPIES,,,till they grow up,,,then they cant be assed (left in kennel to rott ) ive cutted more rabbits , caught and shot more hares ,,,,than most folk ,,,,killed foxes ,,snared shot or caught,,,,,tooken more roe than most ducks/pheasents/ patrige/ piegeons/ weasels/ stoats/rats///the list goes on and on,,than i care to remeber what lurc

in what way does the badger affect hare numbers hannah?? They eat leverets...... and stoats,polecat,weasel,fox,hawks etc dont,nor would a dramatic drop in temperature and wet weather wipe a few out.. I wasn't discussing the other species and didn't say they did or didn't, the question was asked do badgers affect hare numbers.........
