If your only getting paid for 11hrs work you only do 11hrs work would be my thinking .. Don't know how you can be made to do 12hrs work but get paid for 11

Its on a trailer using 5mm , I go down but we have a fella who isn't a qualified welder but as worked in this place 30 plus years and I've been here 5 month and my welds are neater and penetrate a lot better than his so he's running to the boss nit picking about my welds saying I'm not doing it right ? .

If you go to your account settings you can change how and when you get notifications.. as for going straight to the unread posts I normally just click on the we don't at the beginning of the topic title and it takes me to the first unread post
