i do the same but when its caught it the other end of a field or in the next even that bit of time you take to get to it a cruncher will take some stick ...
been into lurchers since i joined this site.... wasnt looking to get into them was actually looking for a labrador gundog ....
met a fella off this site who took me out and got me hooked on them and taught me alot .... dont really get on with the fella now but owe him alot as id be lost without a running dog now
thats what hibiscrub is used for... good enough for cleaning humans prior to operations good enough for the dog ...
half of the stuff i have on my list i wouldnt take out BUT the lad didnt ask about first aid kits for the field he just asked whats in your first aid kit and i answeared ...
superglue
hibiscrub
detol
blue spray
bandages
penacillin
b12
needle
thread
scissors
wound powder
knife
tweezers
going to get a skin stapler for next season aswell
super glue is handy for sticking wounds together if you know what your doing
top lamper ... why aint you supposed to do it yourself??????? you cant get done for doing it yourself...
yes i would/have injected pups but thats because i know how to ,if your unsure get it done at the vets ...
baldockbanks .... not selfishness as my dog is wank and no one else would want to own him ... the dog only gives his all when im running him ... and he wont settle unless he thinks im in the house ...
so why would i rehome the dog for the person who gets it to pass the dog on as it wont settle or give the dog a hiding ... the dog means alot to me and id rather know it was dead than being mistreated some where ...
if i had to get rid of my alfie dog id rather cull him than sell/gift him to some one .... sounds harsh but the dog does what i want it to do and probably wouldnt suit other people so why risk putting that dog on the peddler/dealer merry go round ... even good mates can/could do you a bad turn with a gifted dog
i own one lurcher and a terrier and the girlfriend owns a lurcher
my lurcher will hopefully be used around holes next year mostly (if my terrier makes the grade) so will use the girlfriends for the nights out... i could get away with having just one lurcher but 2 is handy if one gets laid up
was the lamp a hand held one or vehicle mounted???
if it was vehicle mounted and it wernt pointing forwards , yes you can be done for it but its not a court case job its a fine and penalty points at most
id give a free stud to people i know... if there was a nice pup out of the litter id take it for the price of the injections if already done if not for free... but id expect a few drinks if i didnt take a pup...and give a few drinks if i did take one
if there was only one pup alive ... work out who needs it more .. eg if it was an old stud dog and the lad wanted to keep the blood and yours was a bitch that was able to have another litter let him take the pup and vice versa...
