That made me laugh ?

My best ever day at our shoot, 2018/2019 season,I had a stand on two of the main drives and shot 15, if you ever see me with a shotgun you would wonder how this was possible, I know I did ??
-
A couple of Christmas shoots, one of the old boys ( Jim ) dressed as Santa really is a disturbing image ?
-
Ferreting with a lad off here who messaged me asking if I had anywhere he could have a go, we only went once but it was something I hadn’t done for a long time and I really enjoyed our morning out
-
I don’t know how long ago it was, but it must of been a good while ago, he’s 50 now
-
A little bit different and not strictly shooting as such, but me and my mate made a flight pond for someone who has to much money, it’s a big old splash with an island in the middle with a depth of half a meter at the edge to 1.5 meters towards the middle, we poured a retaining wall all the way round to get a true level, as you can see the gaffer from the concrete company kept a good eye on us, we did this maybe 4 years ago and have never been invited to shoot it, miserable buggers

A few times we were out just having a walk around a couple of farms, most of the time this was just to check places out to see how we would tackle them on a night, but it was always fun to take the shotgun along for a few bangs
-
It had made it through the barrage of shots over the season and I like to think that was it’s victory fly by ?
-
I wish I’d started taking them when I first started out with the dogs and the fishing ( even the poaching with the lads that took me out as a kid ) I had some amazing times out, but they are all just distant memories now ( I’m talking like I’m 110 ?)
-
Pigeon shooting with mosh, we have never had big bags, partly because I’m terrible with a shotgun, if we have 50/60 birds we have had a cracking day
-
Up at the shoot at first light on an early February morning just as the season had ended, on my own just surrounded by nature, there’s nowhere else I would rather have been ?
-
You certainly miss it when it’s gone, but it will be back and I’ll never take it for granted again, I’ve really enjoyed looking through my collection of pictures and remembering things I’d forgotten about, we’ll definitely have some more cracking day and nights out in the future ? ive just got off the phone to mosh and the poor lad is going mental stuck in the house, like the rest of us he’s going to work and nothing much else, only difference is we don’t have a farmer John to cope with ?

Game shooting how it should be done, Hugo’s dad ( pre Hugo ) on peg 1, me on peg 2 on what is known as Gordon’s pen drive, I’m guessing this was about 8 years ago because we have changed the way we do this drive now so peg 1 is about 400 yards away from where it was, this is now the best drive we have and if you pull peg 5 or 6 you are going to get some first class birds, longshanx’s has shot peg 6 while I was on peg 5 and for the first time in an age I never made a fool of myself, dropping 3 consecutive birds behind him ( to his and also mine amazement ?) me and mosh a couple of years ag

Perfect mate, what a lovely looking dog, you always take a cracking picture ?
-
First couple of times I took longshanx out for a go at the hoppers, I’ve not known him that long but has become a good mate, even fitting in with my pheasant syndicate he’s even managed to get himself an invite to join the shoot ( he must of done a lot of arse kissing for this because he certainly wouldn’t get in on looks and personality ??)

Long distance bunny bashing with Hugo’s dad on a summer’s evening, using the .17hmr mouse gun, at this property the rear garden is approximately 140 yards long and 120 yards wide, a cracking bit of fun shooting the full length of the land if you are getting board of these tell me and I’ll stop I’m joking, I’ll never stop ?????
-
That’s a shame we could do with a bit of eye candy in these trying times ?
-
A bit of an odd one for me, urban pest control, this one took place in 2014 I think around June, if I remember correctly the garden was 30 meters, the day I went to have a look the vixen was keeping her eye on 3 cubs, mid afternoon on a warm day, I went back a day or two later I think, I accounted for the vixen first and then the 3 cubs, with the only tool suitable for the job, the .22 rimfire, I never did get the dog or even see it

My top little beater and Favourite pheasant botherer, I’ve not seen him for weeks now and I bet he’s missing been up at the shoot with me and his dad doing a bit of graft and bombing around on the quad
-
Last one from me tonight ( I’ve got loads more Picture memories) me with robin foxer ( off that YouTube) pheasant shooting in North Yorkshire and fox shooting in Lincolnshire, happy times
-
The best bet would be claymore mines, I wonder if I can get explosives ? on my ticket for pest control ??
-
That’s what they are like with me, I’m sure the ones around my house let all their mates know “ the tw*t’s putting the gun in the car” ?
-
I’ve got one place that you will never shoot a pigeon but jackdaws and crows are mental, the only problem is they are more intelligent than me, I can turn up and the field can be black a shot later and they all bugger off to the other side of the farm and I spend all day chasing them around, but at least it keeps them off the field for a bit
-
I have no idea when this one was taken but it must of been a good while ago because I can’t remember the last time I shot Jac’s on fresh drilling’s, we are definitely missing out on these now the spring drilling’s have gone in, the bangers will be working overtime
-
I’ve never done estuary shooting, all my ducks and geese have been inland, I’ve been offered the opportunity a couple of times to pay for days as part of a team of guns on the estuary but I’m from up north and that’s against my religion ?
