Narrrr... Its not for me, only tried it the 1st at a game fair just to see what it's all about and didnt enjoy it, then again and again, glutton for punishment haha... I,ll leave it to the professionals... ?

Defo sounded like it was a weekend you needed ?... Nice write up to... I've had a couple of goes with a shotgun and I can't hit a barn door, was up in Norfolk a few Weeks ago for my brothers 60th and his daughters had arranged a days clay shooting, not many clays were shot that day haha.

Nothing worse than pre-baiting a peg and turn up to find someone else there, at least the pest control went ok, nice shooting, a dead magpie is always a good magpie... ?

Taking a bit of getting use to after using the viper connect... but I,ll get there.

Looks bigger than it actually is, a little over 3", helps to focus that bit quicker and easier...

Went to the perm this morning for a play with my new toy (mtc viper pro scope), set some targets out got some sightmarks and some distance marks, then went into the backend of the perm for a couple of hours squidgy bashing, had these three between 30-40yds then just as I was about to leave this noisy little sod making a racket in a tree about 25yds away so I shut him up too...

Well ordered my new scope on Tuesday from uttings, came Thursday, new mounts didnt come till Friday from another shop, so now I have the mtc viper pro on my hw100 with FX no limit mounts, does add a bit of weight to the gun but all of my shooting is done prone or off sticks, I have a s***e sense of balance so don't take standers or kneelers.

Bloody ell, with accuracy like that and the knock down power it's got, that's one mean pest control tool...... And chance of shootin into some modelling clay see how the pellet deforms and the hole it would leave in the clay even at 100yd it would be good...

The reason I asked I,m looking at the FX no limit mounts in 30mm and they are nearly £20 cheaper than anywhere else Ive seen them on the net, that's the only reason I asked mate... But thankyou for the reply..

A right wallop, I've had rabbits to 55-60yds lying prone for stability and jsb heavy has gone right through the head entry and exit wound... Scary for sub 12

Well decided on the last couple of hours before dark on the perm, see what was about, did,nt even see a rabbit, was sat in a corner against the fence,L my back to the small wood, the only shots I got was one for a zero test at 35yds, then this squirrel at just under 35yds sat on a fence post eating an acorn..

Went and had a look, and it looked awful, not been looked after, barrel was all pitted and rusty, looked like it had been used in the rain and not dryed just left, scope has a small dent on the side as if it had been dropped, so I just said no it's not what I'm looking for.....
