Any Info on this please guys, anyone used one, thinking about it, for spotting rabbits at night rather than the nitesite, then just use the nitesite to shoot...

Well, this was my office for the last 3 hours before it went dark and did,nt even get a sniff of a rabbit all I got was a numb a**e sitting on a pokey stool... Still good fun tho ?

Would take a while to pay for itself if your a paid pest controller... That would be a lot of rabbits and foxes ☺

Does your scope have to be moved forward on the gun so you can see through it like a normal scope?

Excuse my ignorance matey, but what are the main differences between the n550 and the photon rt.., in guessing the n550 is night vision and not thermal?

I,d love thermal but, its a lot of pennies for it to be used every now and again

It has a spare short eyepiece aswell as I use it with the mtc connect and did,nt want to cut the original...

Well had a couple of hours out last night with the nitesite rtek viper, great bit of kit but not really liking it, thinking of getting shut and getting a photon, that watching a screen is uncomfortable and lights up my face even tho I have a cap and veil over my face, but it did put another two bunnies in the bag, those jsb heavies give a right wallop when they hit...

I've asked about four shops, aswell as mtc and all said the same think, that there all gone, but PELLPAX said they can get me o e within a few days, can't see it somehow...

I have only the one smallish permission and most of the time in either sitting or lying prone waiting for the bunnies to come out to play, as too much walking and they go to ground.....

Just fancy a large mag scope for the rangefinding, instead of using a separate rangefinder.. I know it's not the ideal scope for a pest control rifle but it should work.... Also have ago at FT aswell ☺..
