Yes there are certain social inequalities which inhibit access for some folk, but that’s rarely due to racial lines. Also just true that in hard time, people turn to extremist ideas. i don’t disagree at all re China and world sanctions etc and that completely open borders are dangerous. But Corvid 19 teaching us that mixed race family’s should have children etc? Hows about we remove all of the non white and non British folk from the NHS right now, and see how that one pans out?

Although I agree that open borders are an issue. This kind of shit is going to spread, whatever we do, as borders are ALWAYS inherently fallible. One thing I think we need to learn - is we need to know what kind of shit is out there and growing other places. Bad stuff is going to keep happening, we need to focus on rapid identification and response.

We are 2500 acres on main block, with outlying areas as well, so many foot paths and ways in, its a tough one, We are not so bad now if it keeps the outsiders away and its just locals, for the most part, the locals listen. . . . . a bit! Man with a face mask, with a gun, on a quad, does have a positive effect lol.

Very true. I suppose it depends what you touch etc. We are having an issue here - lots of walkers, touching gates etc. I know it sounds daft! But if you're driving half a mile up road, sitting in a hedge and twitting some birds then going home, its not going to make a difference.

Ive got the counter thing up on my computer all of the time - its accelerating like mad. At 16.38 just under 17,500 dead people. 20.10 and we are now up over 18,500 so over 1000 deaths in less than four hours . . . . . . . . . Serious advice - if you can, stay the f**k inside and stay the f**k away from everyone. Order food off internet and wear gloves when you're out the house, wash hands as much as possible. take gloves off at the door and was hands etc.

This isnt like anything we've seen in modern times. The shear speed its spread is one thing. First 100,000 cases 40 odd days, second 100,000 cases, 11 days, third 100,000 cases 4 days. I dont have an answer as to what to do after, but we need to learn from this. And one thing we are currently learning is that most people here are like a bunch of selfish, dumb as f**k kids, that can't even follow basic instructions, even to save their own lives and the lives of others. Right now, its embarrassing to be human.

How far are you travelling? Could be deemed your daily exercise. If you're worried get a letter written by the farmer. Like i said, its allowed on own farm, but argument could be made that farmer could put a scarer up or shoot them himself.

Im the least paranoid, give a hoot person normally. Ive two boxes of disposable gloves in my truck, plus hand sanitiser. Gloves on before I get out around anywhere ppl may have been, out and do what I need, back in truck, gloves off and hand sanitise. Get home, and hand sanitise first thing. After a little bit it becomes second nature.

I agree - the future is probably that we clear it out of some countries - but Africa, South America and Asia will have it rumbling on for a long time. This is going to change the world in ways we can't even imagine. But priority number one is to beat it. Even worrying about the economy is daft - sooner we beat the virus sooner we rebuild, if we keep taking the piss it will go on and on and on and f**k us all.
