Hope this helps! C*nts like these deserve to be shot! Imo it should be the same punishment as what they have for kidnapping

Not the best photo but thought I'd get both of them together which isn't easy to do out of the kennels as there f*ckin nuts and don't stay still, the bitch on the right is my brothers she's absolutely crackers abit too lively for my liking, looks as though she's going to be fairly flat footed compared to mine too, I'm looking forward to seeing how they all differ in the field, luckily for me most of my mates have had pups out of the litter

So a terrier thats say 18lb weight goes into tight dark confined spaces for hours at a time to a big set of teeth in its own home and maybe do this sometimes a few times in the 1 day and every day its took out in its working life is not as admirable as a 70 to 90 lb lurcher taking 1 on the run? That is 1 of the most ridiculous statements ive ever read on here...and ive read some shite. Youv just said enough for me to know you either havnt done much terrier work or you play around with average russells, and yes I'll say it again it doesn't take what I'd call a great terrier to goe in to a den

A little look at the ped whippet at 13.48, after the first run they give more law to the hare, no kick ups for these little dogs . o All that clip proves is that they can catch a hare if they are up and on it quick ... as the course went on the dogs faded ...... I think it all depends what sort of ground your working doesn't it, everyone knows the saluki grey is favourited by the majority for hares however if all you do is mooch around plantations you'll have much more success with a whippet, is say there's better crosses for everything than the whippet but abit of whippet blood in a lur

It's not the size of the dog in the right it's the size of the fight in the dog and I know for a fact there's whippets out there capable of a lot more than what most people they are, hardy little dogs that can be psychopathic if bred right

they could still be park deer, all deer species travel alot

Looking good mate shaping into little lurchers now aren't they! I havnt got any recent pics I'll take some tomoro

I agree with everything youv just said I said myself a good fox only dog or bitch is worth its weight in gold but it is t tested so basically exactly what youv just said, and a lad I know had a bitch that worked weekly until she was 8-9 years old well over 600 dogs to her name, what is your point?

100% agree Iv already stated that if that a dog does what you want then it's good to you not doubting that but it doesn't mean it has been tested, when I was with the atherstone I had a little black bitch that would find a fox in any stack of nails and manage to bolt it, she bolted foxes that bigger dogs couldn't get to, for a hunt terrier she was worth her weight in gold, was she any good to your average terrier lad that goes out at the weekend? The answer is no, I think everyone knows what I'm talking about when I say a terrier hasn't been tested just because it's 100% on fox, it's horses fo

Interesting question.... Hmm I think most county's have there pros and cons, round here does for me to be honest although out of everywhere Iv hunted where I live is proberly the worse place out of them all haha I'd like to see more rabbits over anything else to be honest

Doesn't interest me at all no course just full on battle. May as well be into dog fightingSaying things like that you may aswell be an anti youv clearly never been diggin to think it's like a dog fight, a good terrier should go to ground and find the fox once found give in rnough pressure to push the fox into a dead end once it's in the stop end then the terrier should hold it at bay and bite if the fox is trying to get past, usually the fox will stay put aslong as the terriers just baying,Far from an anti, but if hunting I'd your thing then they arnt it.Let's be realistic they don't run they

There are red less than 5 minutes from mine but there all park deer if your in Leicestershire and you have red deer near you I garuntee there park deer, there are many deer near me roe fallow red and muntys and a 40 minute drive lands you bang in the middle of cwd country but I'm talking about the scenery, the running ground, the cover and the overall wildlife, again I'm not saying there no wildlife but the hunting ground isn't a patch in the midlands compared to Devonshire I use to work for the atherstone hunt based in Warwickshire and when I was there we held more hunting ground than any oth

Doesn't interest me at all no course just full on battle. May as well be into dog fightingAn average pit bull will kill most badgers easily, don't even compare the 2...... well that's what I heard of a load of old fellasExactly what am saying. It takes a game lurcher to take one but it anit hunting inmoThe word game gets thrown around a little to often these days, an animal tackling somthing a third of its size isn't so, there's only one way to test gameness and that's lb for lb..... but that's a story for another day and probably not wise to discuss on an open forum Couldn't agree more pal.

I live on the borders of Calke abbey, and do alo of my field craft around the Newtown linford area, the countryside around here is great I'm not disputing that, but it is still built up a lot more than where Iv been in Devon, the hedges around here are nowhere near as thick as around there and the hills around here are like a mole hill on a Devonshire hill, I take for granted where I live I don't have to walk far to see many of the deer species and Leicestershire as a whole is renound for its number of foxes but like I say I think anybody in this game would sooner wake up in Devon than around
