It's mostly pretty cheap stuff mate, which is another reason I,m thinking wannabe bear gryls, I just don't want to see a sad story in six months if I could do something about it,

The wood is part of a big horse stables etc and has been planted with rides through for the horses no vehicles other than the lawn mower, it's only about 10/15 years old so most of the trees are only the size you can see and not really ideal for hanging, hope I,m not sounding to cold but this is my thought process, I searched the immediate area and there was no sign of anyone,( if you hurt yourself you would be near the bag) the farmer saw it there last night also saw no one,he had a dog with him and shouted but no reply,so if something bad has happened it's probably just a case of recovering

But I,m already deluded as I think they are here already and very few are ever seen and even less have ever attacked anyone, the main reason I,m keen on the release is because inevitably they will come into contact with others if I,m right and being tracked make,s it easier to witness, I,m a big believer in leaving nature to its own devices in general but can't see any problem,s with a hand full of cats to top up the gene pool already out there ??

I,m suspecting someone watched bear gryls thought I could do that, then thought f**k that I,m off home when it started raining, the woods are private and not somewhere I ever see anyone else, but I,d hate to think I,ve left someone in there that may have been in a bad place and needed help, I may pop back later with the thermal and have a quick scan around just to put my mind at rest

Nor me if I,m honest, the muntjac may be a different matter and though they are not everywhere at the moment there spread is pretty epic, almost everyone I catch on camera has a youngster in tow or looks pregnant, and in the last 3/4 years they have spread from the Cotswolds right down to the suburbs of Bristol, but it's surprising how many so called hunters I talk to local who still have,nt seen one, one more thing and I,m not a biologist by any stretch of the imagination but I think that deer need to have predators to keep them moving as they tend to overgraze certain areas, like the ones y

That is a bred in captivity escaped animal and offers no comparison to a wild Lynx, your also reading an article from the farmers weekly that are completely biased and have opposed the Lynx since it was first talked about, they were also happy to pin every single dead sheep on that Lynx without a scrap of evidence, I don't think there has ever been a Lynx attack on a person anywere in the world and apart from one country they average 0.4 sheep per year per Lynx, on one stretch of road on the brecons they loose around 30 a year but can't see us stopping the traffic, they are a small game hunter
