My misses was really bad with an horrendous cough in January took antibiotics to clear it so I am hoping she has already had it, as her lungs are not in good shape, I,m also keen to get her tested, but on a brighter note I was outside a while back putting a coat of varnish on my porch when I spied a gallon of scrumpy tucked in the corner, turns out a neighbour had put it there as I picked up a sofa for them last week, so that’s tonight’s entertainment sorted ??

Just took the misses to the local shops for a few essentials and while I sat in the van waiting saw two riot vans two cars and a mini bus of old bill going round and round , a woman was given an on the spot £30 fine for going out to buy fags as they said it wasn’t essential think by the weekend it will be pretty much locked down ?

Alright mate I’ll put this to you as you have quite a level mindset and don’t seem prone to emotional responses, so on my travels round internet looking for a balance I came across a site that was claiming that 150 000 mobile phones have disappeared from the radar in China since Christmas, so is the cover up simply the numbers of dead we should be expecting ??

Do you really feel that you are being told the whole truth mate over this because I really don’t, that’s why as I’ve said before I take in all points and opinions from many different sides and at the moment the official facts and figures don’t add up if you look a bit deeper, I,m not looking for conspiracy’s just truths as always mate ?

Not really into knee capping as lockdown entertainment so I,ve mowed my lawn pruned the olive tree fixed my sons van and made a new catty fork, not cause I need any more but I have a box of tree forks cut and thought it would waste an afternoon, today when the sun comes up will be sanding and varnishing my porch before painting the front of the house and when the rain returns the hallway stairs and landing need painting then I still have my one walk a day to enjoy as well, once they announce a wage system for the self employed it will be like a payed up holiday ???

Not suggesting conspiracy mate, just rather make my own judgements than wait to be told what to do, after all official advice in the grenfal flats fire was to stay put, but at some point you have to make your own call, I also listen to boris daily but would certainly never take government advice as the be all and end all of my intake of information, ?

I personally use my eyes and ears, then make the best decision I can with all the information these two useful items have provided me with, give it a go it’s quite liberating, there are millions of views and opinions facts figures and fiction around any major occurrence in the world and it’s up to you to digest as much as possible then make your own educated decision, probably wouldn’t go to an agricultural university for advice over this present situation though ?

The boy been finished from work for 12 weeks came home and started packing his gear for a week sesh, now he’s questioning what to do, ?

Being off work and stuck in had a rummage through my box of forks, found a big fat hazel, cut it down to size sanded one side flat and drew round a scout trimmed it roughly with a jigsaw and spent the afternoon sat in the sun with a g and t and some sand paper, still needs a bit of fine sanding and varnish, but well happy so fat ?

Very satisfying isn’t it Shot my first rat with a catty a while ago also very satisfying, shoot pigeons and squirrels Regular but the odd ones still bring that child like buzz, nice shooting keep them coming ??

Surprising just how lovely it is if you turn off the news and social media, apart from earning sweet fa I am loving the corona outbreak, took my one walk for the day, which lasted4/5 hours in lovely countryside saw no one, came home and mowed all the lawns, started making a nice catty fork, might get a start on painting the front of me house next , what’s not to like

It’s all moved to Avonmouth and portbury now, 400,000 plus tons of grain a year brings lots of rats and pigeons which in turn bring in the cats and on the plus side peregrine falcons, the old flour mills were a massive source of huge rats but have all gone now ??
