    Don’t actually believe we are still the superior fighting force we once were we are living on our past prowess, it’s British and American strategists driving this Ukraineian disaster we may have looked great kicking a bunch of badly prepared poorly armed sand niggers out of Kuwait but against a well oiled war machine like the Russians we are f****d just in numbers of troops alone and the speed they are adapting and producing weapons is leaving the entire western world in the dust jmho of course but I think our best hope at the moment is trump winning the elections and pulling the money plug on

    Wife and daughters away for the bank holiday so grandad left home with the grandsprogs took them for a walk this morning with the dogs then round to empty bins and recycling back home for a picnic on the lawn and hide and seek followed by another walk to the woods to pick wild garlic then back home to cook and eat it we are off fossil hunting at low tide in th morning good times

    Interestingly some time ago on a thread about swallows I mentioned a situation I have observed living on the water that sparrow hawks become adapt at catching swallows and in the week the swallows and martins arrived I noticed an increase in sparrow hawk activity and my daughter caught two on her app have seen one in flight carrying a swallow already the first time I saw it was fishing and assumed it was a flood but since moving onto water it is clear that is is a skill that they learn and quite a regular occurrence as I have now witnessed it every spring

    Couple of head shots just for you lol the black and white shot was in 2012 we have had multiple cameras there since then have removed many branch’s and even a few trees but this is real life and these are cats they are not as predictable as most English mammals the best footage has generally been on hard wired security cameras at places like quarry’s but as yet have not been anyone willing to go public with them,

    All creatures tend to use the same paths the path of least resistance try to find a pinch point like a log over a stream or a gap in a fence or hedge with multiple runs leading to it and something else I like to do if I can is to place a big rock in front of the camera have shown these many times but everything marks a rock and the more things that mark it the more things will come it also slows them down as despite what people think the trigger speed on a lot of cams is not that great hence my collection of tails and rear ends
