    There is plenty of habitat with game strips, deciduous woodland, plantations etc, on the land where I am hoping to restock, the place was alive with hares until the lamping become such a big thing, too easy to exploit hares on the lamp I hope it goes well for you mate I just wouldn't waste my time round this area. The lads round hear don't give anything a chance to breed up there LAMPING all summer

    well if a lab, good feet+coat, good stamina brain, and natural retriever thats from the gun dog, the speed from the running dog , a 3/8 lab - 5/8 grey make good lurcher I just thought the gundog would take a lot of the speed from the running dog. But I suppose it's all down to the breeding

    The last English poa That was my grandad who relocated them hares for Johnny kingdom. I never seen that one..How many did he relocate and how are they doing ?? I think it was close to 70 hares. And buy all accounts the hare population has nearly double in the last 5 years.
