Hold on I'm talking the limits of personnal consumption........not a truck or fleet of white transits. I go every9-10 mnths and that lasts that time and I save AFTER ALL EXPENSES including wages £650

Done it a few times and NEVER buy on ferry etc. Its down as DF but stilll marked up. I do France involving work trips they are as good as gold. Super markets are all French produce (in Breittany anyway) apart from Vodka,Whiskey etc and I can get a bottle of 12 year Macallans for £10 a bottle,Astarr Azzuri 35p a bottle. It has too be done.......baccy though is 1/2 price in the Tabacc shop. Go for it. As much as you can carry.

Ratman I agree but I have to say that the cleaning is something of a required art. I had one a 391 which was excellent and i cleaned methodically and I add beyond the book !! I was forever comparing notes with other auto users about misfiring and non recycling. Some had problems others didn't. Saying that a great gooose gun and pest control tool. And like you say light and easy too mount and in the right hands very accurate.

Well the Irish deserved the win ,and when you pushing on your opponents line with a penalty advantage you DO NOT swing a punch at the opposition and lose the points Mr Hines. Anyway the wooden spoons ours and thats that. Great win for Wales as well . I have too back France tonitte given my GGGrandmother but that aside boys heres too a good game and MTBTW

Forget the Ice, your spending money ,so don't hurry as you won't get it back, try twice and buy once !! Wait till you 've had a go with both guns and, iit may cost you more than the "G" so be sure and choose .....slowly

My good lady bought this last year for our goose eggs. ..not enough to do you see. And I was away a lot. Any way surplus now cost £300 how about £160 ono

Check the poll Spud. I had a 300 disco and was impressed. Up and down too Scotland (backhame) it was fab so I bought a 2001 Td5 on the back of it 4yrs later. Now I'm not slagging of the physical dynamics in towing and carrying but.and I can back this up!!!!!! CRAP Garage and it needed the garage(not air flters etc ) I recall as £7-800 per annum wear and tear. Now if you can get under the bonnet for 48hrs each 14 days fairnuff . Fuel economy though this was with a patriot roofrack was about.......14-16...yep, absolute horrors. And that was with a GKN O/Drive The whole package was crap .

Have just sold that Pajero on e-bay. It sat faily still till the last hour whenit jumped twice and the final time it was the last 5secs for a£100 and too my exact reserve. Now I couldnae gie a feck, but I remembered a talk in the pub where a fella in the know mentioned programmes he knew off for sale that revealed sellers information. I also had e-mails from two other people who were seconds from putting in the reserve and would I accept thier filthy lucre.....all fair,what do you think

John I'm sorry mate as I,m mainly in consruction I can't advise but I agree with DL you should be getting a placement now or some structure from the course co-ordinators as tooo how to move forward. Else there is no point too the course really. Tell your lecturers straight, they'll be quite happy as long as theres least to-do, shake em-up and then go higher

Thank you Snapshot I'll try and get some sourced ,I don't know how you 're finding it but round here good ammo is hard find, waited weeks before chrimbo then it was Eco or winchester the fed showed up in bits But hey ho and off I go thanks again

No, I made a few calls today and the man at BASC confirmed just what Mr Logic pointed out. And Fed 75's gonna just scrape that, though I got some ,s today and that tidied my other problem up got the group within 1" with the mod on as well However the man from BASC asked if I had tried the Fed 100grns as he would be happier. Thank yoo all and Baldie and Snapshot for the pointers from the other thread. Happy shooting.

To carry on somewhat from a previous thread, I noticed in the Deer Initiative posted down in the deer management section, it says 220 and the min wght for Munts and CWD is 50grn, yet there is a calibre but no min wght for all other deer species. I thought this was 100grn, any light out there. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback , guys I don't think its flinching as I've shot a 222 for a few years now and still do in 1" groups @ 100 yds, I'll take off the mod the morrow and try that, though what you said Baldie about the 1:10 twist, if so How do you have a min 100grn bullet then for deer as, thats my understanding of the law, I'm sorry but a little confused and no expert but if I go too purchase a 243 for deer, and have a 222, should I not expect the gunshop owner/salesstaff too make me aware of the limitations here or is it just me being slow.

On the Tikka, I take it it is a problem with all the rifles, I just bought a 243 and am having a huge grouping problem with all ammo except Normas which where okish. S+B 8x56, and a w/cat-8 mod. Zeroed on Sako 100grn @ Xmas, Took it up too zero again before outing morrow and the group is over 5" and4" to the right and below were it was last Took 40 rounds (the feckin cost) and adjusting too get it near, and then @ 100yds its a 3" grp. The scope was new but off me Jagdmatch sl and that is giving 1" grps. Sorry I did not mean too steal the thread guys.
