Shes also 14mnths and I won't rush things, she started gettin bored on dummy work so leaving that for a while. Very steady around rifle and gun though she can be a bit......female about things like my pigs. I'll wait for her too come into her self a bit more. So \i'm very pleased with her and keep reading the books , and keep going back too basics. Talk too Kiwi, I think he's got a couple

Entry only from the south single track for 4 miles past 4 other farms ,winding heavy hedgegrowth feck..you would get an award too find us never over the stream, get past the dogs catch it remove it etc etc etc. Also I mooch at night and have never heard or seen anything at any off the irregular times that I do. My farming neighbours are the same, we respect each others stock and property. Like I have sa

  11. I have given the facts as they occurred, you don't want too accept them thats up too you, I fed these 24 hebs at 7-7.30 pm,they're waiting too go up too the ram this weekend. I did a head count, all there and accounted for. Fed the 7 pigs in the next field put the 24 geese away. Walked the dogs up too check the wives horses som 500yds up the farm. Getting quite dark now. Put the GWP in her kennel and fed her, and checked a sick ewe in the stable block. I'm now a max 50 yds from the field. Entered the house about 8.15. Our yard dog is out and free in the yard. And as I've said a rabbit farts at 3

Wild boar are here, though too come within a 100yds of the house run a sheep out from the flock kill it without a squeel and clean all the meat of with out breaking up the skeleton, never mind not eating the bones....nah. 15. Cheers Mac, the way it lies is the police won't do a thing without identity off animal, the vet can't test as there is no record on its data base off non- ind type so it wold just be a curio, the no you gave me is miles away etc at end off the day every scavanger has had a pop. This is the seventh in 1 year we've lost thoough. I'm not saying or guesing at what it is though one vet suggested a pack off badgers I said what delinquent ones maybe 20 and all with ladders
  16. phoned police, vets, defra etc nothing no-one intrested, though they at defra......listen too this gave the number off Big cat sitings uk and said they would be the best too help !!!!!!!!!!
  17. Ain't got that far yet though the exoerts have..lost ..things before.
  18. This is the 7th I've lost in 15mnths. Taken i50 yds from the house. Last night at 7.30 it was there and at 7am. Eyes still in and all. Now I'm not saying what did it though it was not dogs. My dogs kick off at a rabbit fart yet they heard nothing. We are remote and no trhrough road and a stream to cross before coming up the hill. This was a full grown animal reduced overnight too 1head 2legs backbone and the bowel. No blood even.

  21. I think I,ll cut early next year then real late . we don't have many acres too make money off and the fauna love it when its left. like I said in previous posts we've had boar on. Though theyre for spring........let them settle in. the birds etc love it so why not.
  22. We just finally had our hay cut at last and the pheasants were every where. We have had three wild clutches that though smaller in size than thier released cousins had much better feather . One clutch is all bar 1, hens. We also for the first time in a while found eggs beneath the hedgerows this year. The wee man tried hatchin them but had no luck. Yeah I know he should off left them but he's showing an intrest so thats fine by me, better than the X-box. Anyway all I'm saying is with having too leave the grass for the extra months has really helped the birds in a big way. Heres too a good s
