  1. Let us know your verdict dilligaf
  2. Just got some remington premier magnum from the local dealer £12 for 50, he also had the hornady vmax for £10. I think, read somewhere the gold tipped remmys were a bit better so I just bought them....had a quick look out and shot 5 rabbits with them, didn't need to rezero the scope after using the ccis..I think I'll be using these from now on, especially on the corvids..
  3. Sorted John...Best of luck to the missus, for a very worthy cause....:thumbs-up:
  4. Has anyone tried the 20gr game cci hollow points...
  5. Its the nature of the beast, they don't do it themselves or understand why or how its used and needed, they just jump on the cruel bandwagon......the annoying thing is, the majority normally wins...
  6. Whats your favourite ballistic or hollowpoint...I've only really used the hollowpoints cci and they are pretty potent, without creating too much damage.

    Isuzu

Hilux are excellent motors, but are underpowered especially the uk spec ones with the 2.4/2.5 d4d and earlier engines...until the newer models came out this year with the 2.5 d4d intercooled and 3.0 d4d engine similar to the landcruisers...but if speeds not your thing it doesn't really matter...all the pickups will probably suit your needs...the toyota and mitubishi models seem to hold their value longer than the nissan, ford, mazda and isuzu models..so you could probably grab a good deal with these at someone elses loss...

    BEDDING

Agree millet when you feed them plenty of birds, ie woodies crows, etc they do make good bedding out of the feathers...especially with the straw...my old girls had no problems has she...proper pensioner...

    BEDDING

Layer of sawdust shavings as the base for the bed area, then either straw or hay as bedding........never had problems. You've got more chance of getting ticks when rabbiting. To stay 100% tick free, spray of frontline and don't work them
  18. If you want to view them up close the digital maggie callers like deako sells are deadly for bringing them within viewing range ...strictly for observation of course
