You should be ok ordering from hong kong, with ebay apart from getting stung off customs...use paypal to pay and you will be covered if anythings wrong...

You can go to halfords and get the chargers now that are designed to charge your car battery and sealed lead acid/gel type batteries. Also any type of trickle type charger is better than rapid charging as said previously this shortens battery life.... I'd personally just buy a deben charger, but theres loads of options....Try ebay, search for sealed lead acid battery charger..EBAY
