How much are pigeons worth now 25p still??? Not worth the hassle for £25 quid for a 100 by the time he gets to a dealer, barely cover diesel when your in a 4x4 travelling any distance... Shame really.

Its easily done, just as mentioned check the trap in the hole first in the closed position to ensure it will fit and fire free of obstruction. Scrape a bed out for it, set the fenn with the safety on, ensure its firm in the ground, use fine soil to build up either side of trap then cover the pan, and remove the safety... I bend the pan up on traps slightly, when I'm sticking them in rabbit holes.. You can also block all the holes if wanted like has been said then trap the ones that have been cleared..

You can't always snip a fence, its not necessity to snip a fence neither.. If a rabbits coming through anywhere on a fence small or large you can snare it...

place the snare where the rabbit is passing through the fence or are you just placing the willy nilly in the hope no i meant if there is a very small gap between the ground and the fence and they were going under the fence would you bend the fence upwards so there is more room for the snare? You can just snare were they are coming through, OR you could bend the fence up to allow them a larger entry...

Had some hypaflaps on a magnet the other day, brought the birds in, but as you say mark, they flaired off not commiting to the pattern... Removed Hypaflaps and they were diving in... Not entirely fair as you know what pigeons can be like around the magnets...
