  5. Cheap crap, thats may as well have a black bin bag for a waterproof liner...
  6. I hope you are being sarcastic as 'king of smirnoff ice' thats like a guy bragging he is the best hairdresser in town! Hes not hardcore enough to drink smirnoff ice, he doesn't do anything harder than sparkiling water with a hint of lemon... Hes a right botty boy...
  7. Its always messy when I go out, blackouts are mandatory... Got some meindls here left what size??????????
  8. Had a look out the other night, managed a roe on the afternoon, had a look round with the lamp for a few hours, took a young dog fox and some bunnies for a mate... Got home then hit the town .. Nice variety
  9. If you want a 20bore, get a beretta silverpigeon, excellent quality and light, as there actually based on the correct action as stated unlike some other guns... I've got a 12bore, but fancy a 20bore...
  10. I don't use these anchors all the time on my fenns,if you look at the last pic you will see a wooden peg,it depends on the area i am setting them, here where these was set was clay so not a problem, but some places its light sandy soil and the pegs pull out easier. I have had foxes take the rabbits and the traps so i had to spend time looking for the traps sometimes never to be found again. So when i got these of woodga for some fox snares i thought i would try them on the fenns and up till now i have never lost a trap to foxes, they have had the rabbits but the traps are still there,so while it
  11. See Woodga on here he's right on your doorstep, if you need any snares and some help
  12. Its a 300acre dairy farm, just grass fields and hedges, little bit of uneven banking around... Thing is the full area is surrounded by gamekeepers and shoots, its only 1 mile from a main town, surrounded by housing estates, no one must have a lamp and lurcher round there... The keepers only bother with foxes but are pretty over paranoid about whos on the land...
  13. Yeh, look people were openly talking about using it in their road vehicles... If your going to use it, use it, thats each individuals decision, just don't post shite on an internet forum. its pretty stupid aint it...

  15. Shot about 10 mixy during the night, get £1 a rabbit, always headshoot so there clean, yeh to be honest its not enjoyable, after the first 30-40 it starts getting tedious, mate lamps and I shoot as hes only really intrested in getting some beer tokens out of it ...
  16. There ok boots as far as build and durability go, If you get them go for 1/2 size larger than normal as there heavily insulated, and can actually end up making your feet cold in winter if there too tight, there designed for colder weather...
  17. Had a look out with a mate regardless off the moon being huge, as I'd promised a gamedealer some rabbits for his market this coming weekend... Managed 123 rabbits would of had over 150 easy, but I lost quite a few in grass and field contours, too long searching half the night for them...
  18. Now thats a full on introduction ... Welcome to the site
  19. I'm finishing off my last 2 packs of 58grainers alan, then moving over to winchester silvertips 55gr.
  20. Well done dave... Was at carls allotment today, put a snare down for him, pesky foxes harassing his pigeons..
  21. Got BF muds on mine, had it stuck a few times, and tractors nearly.... A winch and ground anchor helps... Or just get a quad/mule with trailer...
  22. Why not use wooden ash pegs attached to the fenns to secure MRT same as the ones on pegsnares , them ground anchors are good for foxes, bit overkill for fenns... Whatever suits though
  23. Size doesn't matter, thats what darcy says anyway!! Yes David that fox was like an alsatian on that farm eh, big beastie...
  24. I've got a few different sizes of the meindl dovre boots here... Excellent boots, Darcy got a pair off me and loves them, I've tried a few different boots and these are the best, regardless of make, etc you need to look after a boot, clean, air dry (cool place), waterproof/wax if you want them to last years.. Never tried the setters though Martin, let us know how you get on..
