While I agree that the Slavs and other East European peoples are not the same ethnically, (if that’s the right word ), as Western Europeans, I worked for 20 years with a Czech and one of my best pals for over 40 years is a Pole, I found I had far more in common with them than the African and Asian friends and colleagues that I have.
