Not sure how accurate this is but just seen this. Whoever it was I’d say they were very confident with a rifle. Not necessarily former forces or pro but a 200 yard neck shot in that scenario is a pressure shot. In a field on your own you could hammer a four inch gong all day long but making that shot in that scenario is someone who is familiar with taking shots under pressure I’d say.
