  1. Past hour
  2. As said many times, It's to late, they are already here to stay , civil war or not, it won't deter, or even bother them , very different mindset than us Englanders
  3. I'd disagree mate a few men had top.coursing breds had pures they rated as there best But upto now best I seen been coursing bred 3/4 sal a touch more maybe More Agile.alot more seen the footwork from a saluki step.for step with a hare side to side fast as quick as it ? Whippet cross more strike tumble throw themselves
  4. From the clips I've seen of your pups they have surprised me how good they are on their feet at such a young age, they haven't got that awkward puppy look where they are trying to find their feet, I'd have expected them to be like Bambi, but they might go through that stage when they get a bit older.
  5. Brain as in hunting wise mate it's heading to.taht gate I'll gi there it's after that bridge I'll keep bridge side stopping when a hare hits a game strip listening a sec then heading and meeting it as it comes out other end What other types do this ?
  6. Imho . The lurcher with saluki blood is tops . Heavy saluki blooded animals very often over think . Yes sals are lighter boned , but more agile ,? Quicker reflexes than a whuppet x ? C'mon mate . Your at the wind up haaaaa
  7. But hunting wise it's not even in the same league mate This Pups got nose better than most adult dogs already it's mad Greys whippets don't really have much of a nose do they Lurchers coursing breds alot do
  8. Of course ! Arent Salukis renowned for their brains ? PMSL ! Cheers.
  9. I'd say with out a doubt mate Would you say ? More saluki the more athletic they are more flexible faster reflexes alot more Agile I like that stiff raw power aswell from the grey whip The best coursing bred have both
  10. Just wondering why this has been moved into 'fowl and feather talk'. Seemed a popular thread with a lot of positive discussions coming from it and in general talk section gets a lot more traffic. People regularly said they were enjoying the topic. Likely to not be seen in that section?
  11. You pay for a boating licence, couple of hundred a yr, insurance etc, then you either pay for a continuous cruising licence (move every 2 weeks) or a residential mooring- space is at a premium towards London -spending 100 k on a boat and then 15/20k for your permanent mooring spot per year...is still a hell of a lot cheaper than renting or buying a 1 bed flat etc...its the only way most folks can get a foot on the rung down that way.....living aboard full-time you want a wide beam for the space... problem is,you get charged double that of a traditional narrow boat, there's pros and cons to it
  12. Starmer needs to listen to this. We will be having a civil war 100% if he doesn't f**k them off back over the pond.
  13. Don't get ne wrong I'm not holding me breath the dog will have to kill the strongest that pop up once or twice a season he can't it's gone it can kill everything it runs all year it don't grass them i can't look at it lol
  14. Me red bitch out of a pure and me cream dogs dam is aswell mate I think the more saluki blood the more there like a adult dog in a Pups body
  15. Been quiet on here but been busy on the garden. Below ground water pipes to each bed, on with new chicken run, gravel paths round veg garden. Started seeing some produce too. Should be getting pigs in next week or two.
  16. He's got a pure has he.. lol
  17. The more you move away from saluki blood the stiffer less athletic less agile and stupider they become mate lol
  18. Are active sound buds any good pros/cons recommendations.
  19. Today
