the more I think about it the more of a success it was -- with the fish caught or not -the cash raised -the way the whole thing came together with the club... fishing b n b all just up the road camping on the field at the back or on the car park... and the way all the lads from different hunting back grounds and ages got on --- I think you welsh boys will have your work cut out next year---start planning now ;) ...

Sounds like you boys had a good time,i know nothing about fishing it would bore me silly but would still be good to put a few faces to names, might be a giggle think i might make the effort next time round.......who/what was the money raised going to just out of interest ?

From the little bit id read a month or so ago Socks or Lurcher1 were looking like battling it out for number 1 spot.........but i guess they werent banking on some proper fishermen showing up :D

Well socks didn't make it and Lurchet1 didn't fish lol.. The lad that won didn't have a rod, but went home with a brand new one as first prize, real nice young lad, Wales1234...

All proceeds have gone to McMillan nurses, I've set a just giving page up and there's a link pinned...

I was hoping for a grand and we achieves that so I'm well chuffed..

Lots of people donated prizes, and their time... It was a top effort from everyone who attended...

Hopefully see you next year Gnash, I'll bring you a rod if you fancy a go...
