TOMO 30,362 Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 Another one you might find helpful...if your not already taking it...you might want to start....personally I've just upped my daily dose from 10.000 to 20.000 IU a day...if you do use Vit D3...make sure it has K2 as well 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Apart from tiredness, he hasn't had any side effects . The ward sister rang a special bell to send him on his way and to signify successful treatment.
