I saw that about the Yukon and the grid,I think it was in Whitehorse they were discussing rotating blackouts as a last resort due to the grid being pushed to its limits?

I know jackpyke has not got a good review quality wise on their clothing but being honest it's the best 35 pound I have spent on outdoor clothing.

Gotta say am not a fan of Jack Pike , but I got a Jack Pike Tundra check zipped padded shirt for £24.99 and like it for mooching . But it does let the wind threw it a bit. But for calmer days it's sound and nice and quiet

Windchill is the one,I can kick about on a calm day down to -8’ish outside without gloves and wearing thermal base layer and a hoodie, once the wind whips up it changes the game.My lady has a niece who is a nurse up in quebec, they had a bloke with a frost bitten ear in and a homeless bloke with frostbite on his hands recently. 2
