chartpolski 28,690
Last time I was in New Zealand, Swanndri were very expensive but were 100% pure wool. Now they are not quite as expensive and are 100% polyester. I may be wrong but I heard production had moved to China ? Cheers.

We get bekina wellies nowadays which are a mile better than the shite we used to get. There is always that aspect to contend with. In the past I've been given boots that needed a hammer taken to them and soaked in polish for a week before wearing them but they still wrecked your feet. I make sure the boots we issue are comfortable to wear straight out the box. But I will get a call, such and such (usually an apprentice) has left his boots on site and forgot he going to another site after college. Can I order him a new pair? NO!
