I’ve seen the greyhounds at the Waterloo cup numerous times and they can pull to a hare in seconds off a 100 plus yards slip, to be fair there is no coursing bred dog alive that would beat a good greyhound at getting to the hare first

Black land sinking in 4 inch lol, no if I rember rightly they always kept the coursing feild as grass at the Waterloo but was on top of peat soil so had a bit of give when wet

Thank you grass run when conditions are perfect mate now bring one to the land after a few days rain and see if it bends one I know were my money is going
