To be fair if it’s a good hare it doesn’t make much difference if you give a short slip, I’ve give kick ups and had 5 min runs and missed them and also give 300 yard slips with the same dog and killed them in under a minute, so what does that tell you

I like to open the dogs up mate. Make them hungry to gain ground on the hare. It's not always about seeing a 5 min run.

We're have i crabbed any dogs ? It was a tidy bitch it would  be luck on the  day  what slip what dogs got
