On a serious note I think that’s the difference between hares down south and up here, down south the hare is willing to stay out in the open and try take the dog on wether that makes them better hares I’m not so sure but certainly makes for a better spectacle ( and I wish our hares were more like that ) up here the hares know where they want to go straight away and try there hardest to reach there safe place as quick as they can, the dog has to keep that constant pressure on them most of the time  …. Destination hares as you would call them

Them hares were motoring. Lol. Just the dog used it's head on two of the runs to keep them on the land. That last run the hare was too close to cover. But dog still pushed on over the dyke.

Anyone half a brain knows they folded quicker than a cheap suit mate I could do a fee a them for pubes pup

What's that tell you panicking because it couldn't shake the dog off. Lol. So heads for cover to hit the hedge but the dog commited to follow getting the kill.? Go on an what?

Yeah a know but what I’m saying is English hares are willing to take the dog on out in the open to be able to let the dog do that up here there trying to get to their escape route as quick as possible.

      **sorry for the double post**
I know I'm probably going to get the piss severely ripped out of me for asking this, but
Has anyone ever successfully trained a deaf lurcher (from two working parents and I own her 4 year old sister who is an awesome little bunny basher.)
Genetically she has potential, but...what do you experts think?
She's not a Double merle by the way, it's extreme piebald/white head. Her vision is perfect

      Evening all,
I'm lucky enough to have first pick from a friends litter. He’s crossed his Saluki dog with his Collie Bull GH bitch. I’ve only seen videos of the litter as he’s based in UK. Few different characters in the litter, some sit reluctant off in the back ground others play among themselves two are incredibly forward one more than the other.

What key things do you look for when picking a litter? I’ve mostly ran mine on rabbits, reds and some others.

      Go stead,
      oshea
