Deerhound Crosses

Alright lads been on here before asking slightly different question. 

But just wanted everyone’s advice and take on what they would put over a Pure working deerhound ?

I am still contemplating just first cross deerhound greyhound but open to any other crosses. 
What have yous owned or experienced previously that’s worked well etc?

Wanting to use my bitch as the Dam(pictured) Doxhope,kilbourne and a few other well known names in her breeding.

Very fast keen and powerful pup. But wanting to make a plan for a few years time to get a pup from.

Any advice welcome

I could be wrong but I believe @chartpolski has decent enough experience around Deerhound types….if I wanted some info myself, I’d start there.

i have spoke to him couple times mate. He’s told me the cross he would choose

Take this with a pinch of salt but in my opinion it would take a few generations of outcrossing to produce a decent hunting dog from a pure Deerhound they don’t have a lot to offer
