I haven’t done much but I’ve been on permission a few time around Northumberland, and permission down your way and father down to Notts , and off permission up Scotland in the dead of winter and never got stuck. 
Youve obviously not been out with a proper off roader , some of whom have land anchors, winches, ground ladders, hi-lift jacks. Those lads never get stuck. 
Go out six at night, drive miles , get back 7/8 in the morning.

Lol the biggest jacked up defenders can't get down alot a tracks.lol never mind a field just be sunk instantly to the sills 

I've drove land when younger 

I've also been about plenty of   defenders my little izusu is quality but there's no driving g across a field mate

I got stuck down a track in a disco 4 and the farmer got stuck in his tracker had to get recovery huge which needed new bottom arms track rods the lot lol

And that was 50 meters from. The road I've got stuck.with the  pube in a jeep cherikee  he just bought got home for the disco got back the farmer had tipped it on. The roof lol
