downsouth 8,333 Posted June 19 Report Share Posted June 19 4th day of low carb diet.Only carbs I had today came fom a big scoop of natural peanut butter,A banana and some blueberries at 10am after I'd had 1 1/2 litres of water between getting up at 4am and then.At 1.30 I had 2 hard boiled eggs and some fetta cheese and had this at 5pm.Done 3 litres of water today already.Within a week I hope to have my window of eating from noon till 6pm.Normally in a day I'd have between 6/8 slices of breadas toast and sarniesChrisps,fruit,chocolate bars,A big evening meal with rice or potatoes,And still be snacking of an evening.And then there's the Tea and coffee with sugar and fizzy drinks. 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
TOMO 28,403 Posted June 19 Report Share Posted June 19 Just to be pedantic...some bars are different weights....women's Olympic bars are 15 kilo...and 25mm diameter... Some of the heavy duty power lifting bars are I believe 30 kilo...they have a 29 or 30mm diameter as well.... Not if I'm honest mate...nowhere near what I could 30 year ago...slowly getting weaker..did that for a triple...raw no belt or straps... Like I said thats a rule of thumb.There is things that may make it a bit more.If the dig ends up being more than a meter deep.Having skips if you cant get a grab to get the muckaway.Really expensive bricks or roof tiles/slate.Fancy interior woodwork,Composite or joinery made exterior windows/doors rather than upvc.
