4th day of low carb diet.Only carbs I had today came fom a big scoop of natural peanut butter,A banana and some blueberries at 10am after I'd had 1 1/2 litres of water between getting up at 4am and then.At 1.30 I had 2 hard boiled eggs and some fetta cheese and had this at 5pm.Done 3 litres of water today already.Within a week I hope to have my window of eating from noon till 6pm.Normally in a day I'd have between 6/8 slices of breadas toast and sarniesChrisps, fruit, chocolate bars,A big evening meal with rice or potatoes,And still be snacking of an evening. And then there's the Tea and coffee with sugar and fizzy drinks.

Just to be pedantic...some bars are different weights....women's Olympic bars are 15 kilo...and 25mm diameter...

Some of the heavy duty power lifting bars are I believe 30 kilo...they have a 29 or 30mm diameter as well....

Safety squat bars can vary as well...but of course like the trap bar aren't for competition

Rule of thumb is around 1000quid per 1 square m watertight,Plastered and 2nd fixed Obviously no kitchens, bathrooms or flooring

It'll be about 31.5m2, better than I thought then cost wise.

Just spoke with a bloke who is right into health and wellbeing, his wife’s colonic irrigator told her she had flushed some form of segmented intestine worm from someone during treatment.

Like I said thats a rule of thumb. There is things that may make it a bit more.If the dig ends up being more than a meter deep.Having skips if you cant get a grab to get the muckaway.Really expensive bricks or roof tiles/slate.Fancy interior woodwork,Composite or joinery made exterior windows/doors rather than upvc.
