I'm the same mate, no interest at all. We were dealing a bit out there a few years back and there were 2 opportunities to go part work part play, I sent my business partner and 1 fitter as I didn't fancy it...

My old man's got a couple of apartments in Crete, place called Elounda.. brilliant village, lots of good restaurants, bars etc but a lot more sedate than Malia etc... it looks out to Spinalonga Island, which is the last leper colony, interesting place to visit... we usually get a car and get out and about, but you can use buses easily for water parks etc, there's a few good pool bars that the kids loves when they were little, buy a drink and swim all day... worth a visit if your heading to Greece mate

Crete has taken a bit of a hammering, has his gaff survived the damage? I've been to Crete, only Malia mind.
