only one mate i didn’t start with the coursing dogs until 97ish remember im only a young buck chart  lol im not even 40

I think most of the forleys were run mid February, on land that gets run  regular by that time of year it was mostly only the best hares left on the land, I may or may not have been on the forley land myself a few times by private invitation from myself lol good runs

I wasn’t clear there, I ment in general on land that gets run regular by the end of winter it’s usually only the best hares left , the year 2000 when there was the so called millennium 5 when 5 dogs had all caught 4 or 5 a peice that day the hares were poor and g Caulfield told me he thought it was something to do with some pesticides they had been spraying on the fields because all the water in the dykes had an oily film on top
