A don't think much to roe though mc a would much rather feed it to dogs or mince it up make some burgers or game pie Or just throw it in slow cooker in bits with a few other bits of quarry.

Roe tenderloin is probably the best venison I've cooked and online price they're £30 each lol.

I know a store that sometimes does Roe at £50 a kilo.they were out of it when I was in on Monday but had red deer in.

You'll find loads of roe on m18 towards Donny (  Road kill ) We've started getting odd fallow around here. Hopefully numbers will get up then will start to see some road kill. Been seeing alot of fallow around Derby ( Road kill ) There's a farm towards sheffield rears the reds.

My son gets more for sitting on his arse. Lol. He's ment to take dogs out with me after school 200 quid a month pocket money. He still gets the money off his f***ing mother for doing f**k all. Wish I got 200 quid a month at 15 year old for sitting on my arse on a computer.
