Interesting seeing that as I was always of the mindset that If dogs aren’t for hunting or herding they were considered haram .

I didn't think about rabies. 

I notice in Spain and Greece,the retired men gather in groups as do the women.

Their sex roles seem fixed. Whereas our roles are more fluid. Sometimes that's good. Other times I think it would be great to go back to the all male pubs, football matches and boxing clubs.

I help out at a boxing club and sometimes the presence of young girls is dodgy. Showing a female how to use their feet,  stand correctly and deliver a punch effectively entails some contact. These days it makes me feel uneasy. You have to watch your language too.

They should have stuck to sewing and cooking. Shock,horror,what have I said??

I know a few people who had God awful holidays there. Lots of dodgy, negative experiences. A holiday destination to swerve I reckon.

My mother went, several years ago.  Said it was awful.
