Borr 9,149 Posted September 6, 2025 Author Report Share Posted September 6, 2025 Had my forth swim in a week this morning, I wear neoprene gloves as my fingers go numb for a few hours otherwise, doing between 30/40 minutes in the river , started to drop some weight now. Quite tranquil, seen kingfisher, dipper, had 5 large cygnet swim past me about 2 m away... Hopefully keep it up over next few weeks... 3 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
