Lol There's a small stream that runs past it and a little bit of pine woodland on the other side, Haytor is further up the road a bit... We walked up stream for a few miles, through the woods to start, Mrs is aching this morning lol We had breakfast in the Old Libary in Ashburton, lovely food but a bit pricey... 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Cuckoos every were that day. The other brilliant place to see the Blue bell at the time is Holwell near Hound Tor about 20 acres out in the open. Red Start that were nesting at the old farm. As there was a girl twitcher with a bloody great lens there and I didn't want to disturb her. She told me they were nesting around the old farm buildings.
