The old DT`s have an after market mod on the end cap of the forks, its an air line fitting that allows you to add extra pressure via an air source. the mono rear shock you can just drill a hole further down the tube and jack it up that way.

I do like all the little mods an tricks you can do on bikes to gain better performance I know on the kyb forks on these kx early models you want the air out these oil forks im guessing because they need to be extra soft an dampen large jumps you got a bleed screw because they draw air up the seals but can buy quick bleeders. on the rear kyb rear shock they got a tyre type valve on the bladder side of the shock

That looks mint, I like to think I could still ride the sh*t out of that, but in reality I’d probably ( no definitely) fall off it in spectacular fashion now 😂☹️

Cheers mate👌🏽I’m probably the same mind says yes but reality body says no😂tbh it’s way to over built for someone like me it’d probably suit some young 16yr old lad as a race bike I’d like to think it’d be a competitive privateer bike with how I’ve built it but I’m just going to use it as a road bike/endurance type bike just as a bit of fun I’m building another one but a bit more of a standard spec type of bike to get some experience/practice but who knows if I get dragged in to a race meeting I’ll more than likely turn up with this cheater bike
