It's a bad job for your health if you don't use the proper breathing masks same as that scrap burning with the oxygen and gas a job I once turned down as lads on a big demolition job used to be made to have blood tests to see if they had lead in their blood. After a days welding I get very heavy in the chest , even worse if it's rusty stuff I've to clean and weld ..
