He said, amongst other things, that Rwanda is "a shining beacon ", and "a world leader in women's rights". Strange......a couple of weeks ago he thought it was "appalling " ! Cheers. The deal is that we keep the monarchy on the understanding that they butt out of political decisions. He has agitated in the background for years writing letters, arm twisting, generally being meddlesome. He should stick to unveiling plaques,cutting ribbons and being useless. He excels at that.
