Difference is, she hasn’t done anything illegal…..when you are as rich as that you probably don’t need to.

You have to apply and register for non dom status so I’m guessing the government also has the power to say “No” and deny it.

But they didn’t say “No”, they checked (I guess) and said “Yes” 

Simple as that.

I'd possibly pay a bit more tax if I thought it would go to the right places and genuinely help, it won't.
