Complete load of human cack, I will.eat owt that's put in front of me n more, nowt wrong wi.my health, all bodily functions working normally, I'm.not.going round the harpic , or owt like that, do my own housework, clean mine and a neighbors outside windows, have the occasional dip in the briny, I,LL be around fer a good while yet, awreet I've had melanoma, not caused by diets or owt, was an accident i had, lay off ya Columbian, you'll be around as long as me, eh,    I'm still standing 🤓

As I said, you are claiming that humans had a set diet throughout the globe when that's just not true at all. We are true omnivores, facts.

That's just in the Andes , you can find any answer you want online , but if mammals and fish are in abundance then that would logically be the most rewarding diet.

Which is what I said, diet would vary depending on location. So, this idea that humans were all hyper carnivores is pure baloney.

But again, we are not meat eaters, we are omnivores, quite the difference.

Yep just read that...and it proves what I said we were hyper carnivores...so we ate maggots last time I checked they are animals...

Let me just be clear hear....animals are any creatures that move...on land or sea....this includes insects molluscs..she'll fish birds eggs you get the picture

It's all propaganda,your taken in by these scientists who are being paid to get these results,it's all part of the plan to stop us farming an eating red meats eggs etc

You only have to look with your eyes at people who eat animal based an people who eat plant based an youl get your answer

Plant based eaters who have eaten this way for a while are most definitely deficient in nutrients,b12,iron,calcium etc etc

There are at least 15 or more essential nutrients the body needs daily that you can't get from plants,an that is a guaranteed fact

The body needs minimal plants to be optimal
