Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Roast pork today for a change, with cheesy cabbage, sage and onion yorkie puds and the usual suspects, I’m done in now, don’t think I’ll need to eat until Tuesday, so it’s feet up and watch the bond film that on the idiot box

Do you dry the crackling out with salt Stav?, it looks spot on

Yeah, I score the top rub it with sea salt, pepper and dried thyme, let it sit for about 45 minutes, brush it with oil and stick it in the oven for an hour at 170 then turn it up to 190 for 20 minutes
