Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

A takeaway by mine started doing parmos so I got one to see what all the fuss was about but I won't bother again.

I’m from the area where the parmo was invented and I think they are rank 🤮 the original ones are done with pork not chicken but the muzzie’s couldn’t sell them so they did halal chicken instead
