I'm doing beef stroganoff from scratch with leftover beef from smoking a big lump of braising steak, bit lean tbh. Anyway well chuffed with it .

That was the third course....pea ham soup, black pudding stack, mixed grill, apple and custard and a cheese board with port. Even picked our peg some flowers on the way home
