Roasties , I peel and boils red spuds with salt , then drain and leave to dry out and salt, then rattle around the pot a bit to rough them up add more salt , then heat oil and lard/dripping in oven about 200/220 add the spuds and place in oven with some basting and turning for an hour, remove onto kitchen roll and season with some salt. Never fail tbh can even boil previous day .

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Nowt wrong with that …… apart from …… Did you leave a window open and leaves came in or is that a half hearted garnish …. Not like you ditch … not criticising….it’s more like negative feedback 🤣
