Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

As is warm Wifey made a quiche with my Spud and Salad stuff except the red pepper.

Arry, when you pick spring onions that young, do they taste a tad sweeter and less strong than when picked a little older?

I never really thought about it mate but thinking of it now they weren't that strong, don't know about sweeter. f**k it I'm going up the garden now to try one lol.

Right back would say not as harsh as a mature one.
