My Oldman in the 70'sworked with a couple of yanks that bought rolex had them jewel incrusted and sold on in the states , I have a couple of nice Seiko's from that era

I struggle with wearing a watch, when i was younger the digital ones were coming into the market place, The ones with the black screens and when you pressed the button on the side the time glowed up in red. I got one for Christmas by boxing day half the lines that made up the numbers had stopped working, After returning it to the shop and getting replacements a couple of times i gave up with that style, I tried a normal watch, within days the inside of the glass either fogged up or else they just stopped working. Even now the only way i can wear a watch is if the strap goes under the back of the watch stopping it from being in touch with my wrist.

I knew a bloke who bought a Batman and a hulk Roley to match his blue and his green reebok classics,when he binned the shoes he flogged the watches for a profit.
