Admittedly its not something ive come across much but i guess it depends on your goals....very rarely are people so genetically gifted in only one area that it disrupts the balance of a physique but yes everyone will shine in certain areas and if you are growing too quick in one area adjust your training likewise....im probably unbalanced at the moment myself im very top heavy as i do very little leg work anymore as my goals away from arm wrestling are pretty much all health related but i dont think theres anything too complicated about it mate.....unless you are walking around with 22 inch biceps and a 38 inch chest of course
walshie 2,804
I think that video proves size doesn't necessarily equal strength. Larry looks like he's worked for everything he has and the kid looks like he was born with it.

king 12,030
And also just being quiet and watching is also a great thing.no matter what you are watching man or beast.to many people just rush around instead of stopping and watching in silence.. I found doing that helped me to learn to drive heavy plant at 18yr old.instead of sitting there reading a newspaper just sit and watch how the old pros go about he job.1 day you might get a compliment off an old head.no greater feeling..you are clearly doing something right.
