All that aside, I don’t think there is anything wrong with honesty in sport, if something is total shit or not up to scratch that should definitely be said out loud. You were a boxer at a good level, if I got in a ring and started windmilling about you would not say “oh well, at least he is having a go” .......no, you’d say “who is this f***ing clown, he is useless !” Lol You would see so many things wrong with what I was doing it’s just not true, same for top level sportsmen I reckon.......being worse than THEY are just don’t compute ?
